NooN is where Hotel Solterra meets the sea. Set directly on Crikvenica's main beach, along the palm-lined Strossmayer's promenade, it's the kind of place where a morning coffee drifts into a long lunch, an afternoon swim turns into an evening by the bar, and no one's counting the hours. We named it for the moment the sun sits at its highest, and that unhurried, sun-soaked feeling runs through everything we do, just as it does at the hotel itself.
The kitchen keeps it easy and generous, the way good beach food should be. Our pizza has become something of a local habit, alongside fresh Adriatic fish and calamari, crisp seasonal salads, grilled favourites, and pasta to linger over. Mornings open gently with coffee and brunch by the sea; as the afternoon softens, the bar takes the lead.
From 9 AM until 2 AM, NooN moves with the sun. Daytime is barefoot and slow: a cool drink, the sea breeze, the view doing most of the work. As the light turns gold, the music comes up, and what began as a beach bar becomes the place where the evening quietly begins.
